Coaching Companion is a match-day and team-management app for football coaches. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you create an account or use the app, you may provide an email address, username, team and player details, fixtures, match sessions, notes, coded events, tactics-board content, and media such as images, audio, or video clips.

We use this information to provide the app, save your work, sync it between your devices, provide support, and restore your account data when you sign in again.

Subscriptions and payments

Coaching Companion Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat processes subscription status so the app can provide the features included with your subscription.

How we protect and retain information

Your account data is transmitted to our service when syncing is enabled and is protected using standard access controls. The app also supports offline use, so information may remain on your device until you sync or delete it.

We retain account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through Support.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, storage, authentication, syncing, and subscription-status providers, and only as needed for those services.

Your choices

• You can use the app offline and choose when to sync.
• You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• You can request access to or deletion of your account data through Support.
